Ages

• Children from 0 to 3 years old are not allowed
• Children 4 and older pay as an adult
• ATV or Buggy Policies: Minimum age 8 to ride as a passenger on a double ATV (an adult must drive). Children under 4 years old are not allowed.
• Zipline or Horseback Riding: Children under 4 years old (0 to 3 years old) are not allowed.
• Chocolate tour: Children from 0 to 6 years old are free. Children 7 years and older pay as an adult.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the client’s arrival: no charge.
• Cancellations made 23 to 0 hours before the client’s arrival: 50% charge of the reservation amount.
• No Show: 100% charge of the reservation amount.
