Doka Estate Coffee Tour Connect with the grounding energy of the earth as your day begins with a shared pickup in San José and a scenic 30–45-minute drive to Doka Estate on the Poás slopes. Enjoy a 2-hour guided tour through the plantation—from seedbeds and cherry-picking to processing, fermenting, drying, and roasting. Sample specialty coffee blends paired with chocolate and explore the historic wet mill. Conclude with a buffet-style lunch before heading back, completing a total experience of approximately 3 hours.
